Moving to new name and look

TK Sports Training is moving to a new look and feel for 2008 and on. Starting in summer of 2008 TK Sports will now be called Pro Trainer Soccer as we align ourselves to a new company structure and marketing approach.

Visit our new website to see the latest image and products. Soccer training is our game and we aim to give the best to players of all ages and skills.

Pro Trainer Featured at Umbro SX boot launch party

The Pro Trainer soccer ball machine was featured recently at the launch event for the new Umbro SX football boot in England. Our UK distributor Shoot4Goal provided the machine for one of the skills competitions that were part of the event. Using the Pro Trainer to serve a ball event contestants had to receive the ball and then try to shoot it through a hanging tire.

Sutton Soccer in pre launch - huge success already

Sutton Soccer is in the pre launch stage right now. This exciting and completely unique training facility utilizes four of our Pro trainer soccer ball machines to give players the chance to get hundreds of touches in a perfect training environment everyday. In fact Sutton's has almost had to hold off the players wanting to train while they get everything tweaked just right.

During the pre launch phase they have had several hundred training sessions and the reaction of players and parents has been over the top. Many are seeing this as not just an occasional training like summer camps but rather critical year round training that can really build a players technical skills.

NSCAA Convention 2007 - Indianapolis

TK Sports is off to Indy for the annual NSCAA convention. It is an awesome opportunity to meet soccer coaches, soccer vendors (like ourselves), check out the latest in coaching information, and generally soak up some good soccer. It has been a rainy couple of days in Indy since the convention started but it has not put any sort of a damper on the show. Great crowds are in attendance, the exhibit hall has been full of great soccer gear and vendors and the buzz has been wonderful.

We have been meeting with felloow soccer vendors to work on deals to bring new produycts to our customers in coming months. We have also been busy shooting video for this blolg with some of our favorite soccer folks. Look for that video to be posted in the next couple of days. We have interviews with Kevin Boyd ( Cal Berkeley Womens coach), Rob Karas, staff member from NSCAA and other soccer vendors describing their exciting products.
